"I loved this rental! the host is amazing! she is very good with communication, responding to any questions pretty much immediately. She also sent me a good list of activities and things to do after I arrived in Veracruz. This rental is in a central location, it is better if you have your own car so you don't have to take a cab to the tourist areas of Veracruz. I would absolutely stay in this home again. hopefully it will be free the next time I visit Veracruz! "

"No estaba disponible y aún así me la rentaron y de último momento me cancelaron la reservación cuando yo ya tenía programadas mis actividades, me devolvieron menos de lo que yo pagué ya que la reserva era en dólares y cuando me cobraron estaba más caro, pedí una indemnización ya que tuve que pagar otro lugar a último momento más caro porque ya no había y ni siquiera se dignaron a darme respuesta Pésimo no lo recomiendo "

Great communication with the host Ac was fine , would had liked a bit cooler but I did not want to adjust the controller Internet/Wi-Fi worked sporadically would be the only down fall All in all, I would definitely stay here again if available"
