"Had a tough time picking a good location, had never been to Seattle and wanted to check out everything. This turned out to be a wonderful choice. Easy drive to everywhere, the hotel was clean, the pool was a necessary plus, it was comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful."

"This was our 3rd time staying at this location and we had a great stay! Our room was big and spacious and clean and we love how central the location is. We can get to Seattle quickly and easily and there’s lots of good stores nearby. I even got picked as guest of the day! It was sweet! We always enjoy our stay at hotel 116"

"Staff was friendly and our room was very clean. This hotel is close to the Link train line (South Bellevue Station) which allowed us to see many sites downtown Seattle without having to drive. Given the heavy Seattle traffic, this was a major plus. We saved money and time getting around the Seattle area. Hot breakfast was good. Only wish they had some breakfast rolls as we often had plans early in the morning and a roll with coffee to go would've been convenient. I found this hotel an exceptional place to stay with reasonable rates."

"We have used this property multiple times, and our experience remains somewhat consistent. Only complaint, was that they ran out of breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday. I would expect better from Hyatt given they know how many people are checked in at any given time. Left a sour taste, which unfortunately might lead us to other properties in the area."
