Need help unloading your car and getting all that stuff up the stairs? Check out the Topsail Island Bellhop Boys! Guest Access:
You have complete access to the entire home, parking spaces, outdoor deck with direct access to the beach.
The Neighborhood:
This quiet beachfront residential community offers stunning ocean views, sandy shores just steps away, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood offers easy access to outdoor activities including a community pool.
The community pool is .3 miles from our home. Exiting our area to Island Drive, you go left. It's positioned in a quad, exactly as our home, in the front left corner so it is hard to see from the road but there is a community area closer to Island Drive that is easier to see, and the house to the right has an entrance flanked by 2 palm trees. It's also easy to reach from the beach, exit our home, go right and it is .3 miles on the right. There is gate access from the beach. No pool pass or identification is required but it is only available for Ocean Ridge guests. It is open approximately from May 1st thru October 15th from 9 am to 10 pm daily.
Getting Around:
We recommend having a car for trips into town to access a wider range of amenities. Additionally, bringing a bike is a great idea for local exploration and convenient access to nearby restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow and some additional information regarding the house:
✔ No pets permitted
✔ No smoking or vaping
✔ No events, parties or glitter in the home (it is a nightmare to clean and lasts forever)
✔ The pool is not private, it is available to those in the community
✔ The maximum occupancy is 15 guests
✔ Primary guest must be at least 30 years old.
✔ Beach items such as towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys are provided as a convenience which will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything breaks or goes missing or it will be invoiced.
✔ During the season the hot tub is serviced on your check in day and one other day during the week, usually Saturday. If you have an issue with the service tech randomly coming during your stay, please let us know and we will cancel them. They do not enter the home but they do come around back and enter the deck area.
✔ A starter pack of items for your stay is in the laundry room on the first level
