This charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanview beach retreat, accommodating up to 14 beachcombers, promises an oceanic oasis where relaxation and seaside charm intertwine.

Nestled alongside the tranquil tides of Topsail Sound and just a shell's throw from the beach, "The Tides That Bind" offers a modern floor plan and abundant leisure space. Picture-perfect decks overlook the swaying sea grasses of Topsail Sound at the back, while smaller decks showcase stunning views of the rolling ocean waves at the front, creating a perfect harmony of soundside tranquility and coastal vistas. Bed sizes include 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, and 1 Twin Daybed with pull-out Twin Trundle.

Beyond its breezy interiors, this beach retreat features a private swimming pool for refreshing dips and a scenic dock where you can soak in the breathtaking Topsail sunsets over the serene sound. ➤No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) ARE Included with Lewis Realty reservations!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

The property is beautiful and clean. The pool area was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would love to return to this property next year.
