  • Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the first level of Villa Capriani, the premier Resort on Topsail Island.

    The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. Recent renovations have added an additional built in full size bed with a bunk bed twin above.

    The great room features a combination kitchen dining room with breakfast bar. The living room features a full size counch 65 in TV and private balcony.

    The guest bedroom features access to the full bath and closet.

    The Beach Gem is cleaned with CDC recommended products.

The room and amenities were wonderful. We had a great and peaceful time. Highly recommend for a vacation spot. The only drawback is the linen situation, where you need to make your own bed and then take all dirty linen out again. We will definitely be coming back. The restaurant on site, the pools and hot tubs, as well as easy access to the beach, made this a perfect vacation spot.

Very nice condo on the technically 1st floor (1 flight of stairs). Property was very nice - very quiet snd not very crowded at all. I would suggest bringing your own coffee pot as there is only a 4 cup drip coffee pot (my one negative comment). Everything went smoothly. I had to contact the owner for extra bracelets and he was friendly and had them to us within a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

*Tony was responsive and easy to communicate with.*Check in and out was very simple and smooth*first floor means up one level, stairs and elevator were quick and easy to access from the condo entrance*some repairs are recommended but did not interrupt our stay (light fixtures near bunkbeds loose, grout in kitchen low causing shoes to catch, drawers and doors didn't align on nightstands and dressers, broken blinds, floor boards that dip when stepped on, shower rod loose from wall in first bathroom) but again nothing that impacted our experience*the linens were comfy and clean, but you do need to dress and undress the bed yourself apon arrival and when leaving*the place overall was clean but some dirty laundry was left in the laundry area and in the side tables from previous hosts. That was a little off putting*furniture was in good order and comfortable*balcony view is of the restaurant, pools, and you can see the ocean. Very nice space*staff at the villa was all friendly and helpful, no issues.We had a great stay and wish we would have scheduled it for longer.

Condo was a little outdated. Beds weren’t made when we arrived, they didn’t supply trash bags for the trash cans. The TV in in the second bedroom may as well have not been in the room , as it doesn’t face the bed. Floors has soft spots. It is was otherwise clean and in a good location .The property the condo is on , looked nice. Pools, restaurant on site, a pier nearby. We had a great time

Always love Topsail!

Villa Capriani is always such a great place to stay! Our family loves the pools and of course the ocean access! The manager of this property, Tony, was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns.

Great location. The pool area is excellent. More than enough room for our family of 5. Loved that they provided extra linens. Could use some bathroom updates, updated patio furniture and improved baseline cleaning.

Anthony was extremely helpful, great communication. Property was ready, comfortable, great location, clean. Anthony suggested the restaurant at the Villa and his suggestion was a good one, great food. He made the stay seamless, no issues. Highly recommend this condo and working with Anthony.

Perfect Family Condo

We loved the condo. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and time into the aesthetics. It was perfect for our family. We cannot say enough about Tony and Larry and their attentiveness to our needs. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Had fun !

We enjoyed the stay. Easy access in and out. Plenty of room in the condo. Only negative was the pool was a little too chilly for the kids to swim in.

Check in was very easy. Unit was nicely decorated and spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools on site helped as it can get busy at times but was not too busy. Beach proximity perfect. Enjoyed restaurant on site. Plenty of just offsite parking across street if needed. Really a non issue but good to know if you get there and don’t see a spot immediately adjacent. Will def stay at this location again when we come to Topsail as we have stayed at a few other locations nearby and this one was best overall.

Little piece of heaven

The condo was well furnished and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. We could here the live music from the restaurant on the deck. The pools and hot were beautiful and it was great to be right on the beach! Great communication with the host; he offered great suggestions! Definitely recommend!
