This lovely home has been professionally decorated with a sense of cottage charm, craftsman finishes, porcelain tile flooring, shiplap walls, even an electric fireplace for cool coastal evenings. The reverse floor plan - anchored by a vaulted living, dining, and kitchen area - is great for entertaining and capturing the sweeping views of the ocean and sound. The well-equipped kitchen, with a center island, additional seating, and a pantry, will meet all of your dining needs.

The front porch provides seating and the opportunity to capture gorgeous views of the sound, the Intracoastal, and breathtaking sunsets. The private, oversize sundeck and gazebo built at the dune are the crown jewel of this property, providing direct, private access to the beach as well as a hot and cold water foot wash and showerhead to rinse off the day's sand. Enjoy sunbathing, relaxing, or entertaining on the large deck, escape the sun under the covered gazebo, watch the beach-goers below, or have meals or snacks at the picnic table. The sundeck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.

This home sleeps 16, boasting three king oceanfront bedrooms with attached bathrooms and an oceanfront bedroom with one single bunk bed, one double bunk bed, and one double trundle. All four bedrooms have sliding glass doors to large decks and private access to the beach. Every guest gets a glorious sunrise, the best ocean and beach views, and sea breezes. The primary suite is located on the main floor, offering a sliding door to the expansive deck and an en suite bathroom featuring a tiled shower with a removable showerhead and double-bowl marble vanity.

In addition to the sundeck and gazebo, the decks off the bedrooms, living room, and dining room provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a swing. There are five TVs, cable service, high-speed internet, and a full-size washer/dryer. Under-house parking, a wet-weather entry, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water make escaping inclement weather a breeze.
