Experience the best of sound front living and ocean adventure at Helluva View, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home perfectly positioned along the Sound shoreline in North Topsail Beach, NC. This home is all about fun, relaxation, and easy access to the water, whether you’re enjoying the Sound or walking 1-block down a quiet street to the beach crossover for beach time. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Sound viewed from the back deck or enjoy ocean views from the front deck.

Helluva View takes ‘beachy’ seriously, as evident by the beach themed colors of coral, yellow, blue, and greens. Beachy art work decorates each room. A local artist also painted the upper level hallway using an artists rendition of the view from the sound side deck.

Helluva View includes a large hot tub that seats 5-7 people, active year round, equipped with water fall and LED lighting features.

Starting June 2026, guests can enjoy a brand new private pool surrounded by a large composite deck and lounge chairs. The pool is 23ft x 12ft x 4.5ft with a tanning ledge. The pool is not currently heated, but positioned to receive nearly all day sun and is within a large fenced in yard with palm trees and hanging lights creating the ultimate resort vibe.

Fish and crab right from the 40-ft private dock, launch and dock your boat or the kayaks, or enjoy sitting on the dock to watch the sunset over the water. The dock is protected from the Sound waves by a small land buff, allowing for calmer waters dockside. The mean low-tide depth at the dock is 3ft with a dredged channel to the Sound. Trailer parking is available along the side of the house in the grass or along the pool fence. The home is equipped with several crab traps, 2 kayaks and a standup paddle board for guests.

The screened in lower deck has a hot tub, lots of seating, a tiki bar, high-top table, outdoor TV, tiki toss, and more. The lower patio has both a gas and charcoal grill, as well as a large picnic table, outdoor swing, and outdoor shower.

The outdoor area features an upper deck overlooking the water and wrapping around ¾ of the house. The upper deck includes several tables and chairs for seating up to 14 to relax, dine, and enjoy the burning sunsets over the Sound.

The garage is available to renters and is well stocked with beach chairs, shade tents, and boogie boards.

The house is equipped with an EV Charger (NEMA 14-30). Adapter is not provided.

PET FRIENDLY! 'Helluva View' welcomes guests with up to three dogs of any size! Pet fee(s) apply per pet. The upper deck is equipped with a ‘doggie gate’. Please no pets in the pool.

Helluva View sleeps 10 people or up to 13 with sleeper sofas. The two upper level bedrooms each include a king size bed and private bathrooms. The king master also has a twin sleeper sofa. The lower level bedroom is decorated in a fish tank theme with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and a private bathroom excellent for a full family or dedicated kids space. The main living area is open, bright, and filled with natural light. The living room includes an electric fire place, sofas, chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, games, and a foosball table.

The kitchen is fully renovated with gorgeous granite countertops and well stocked with plenty of dishes, small appliances, Keurig and coffee machines, extra beverage refrigerator, spices, and more.

Helluva View also provides a unique fitness experience with a Peloton bike home gym catering to fitness enthusiasts. The Peloton bike is equipped with both Delta compatible cleats and shoe baskets on the underside for those that do not have compatible cycling shoes. No paid membership is required to access the Peloton content that includes cycling, strength, Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, etc…The home gym is equipped with yoga mats, free weights, and more.

Full size washer and dryer is located within the common bath on the upper level.
