There are multiple balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding coastal landscape. There are also two separate family rooms, each with its own unique character, perfect for movie nights or game days.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and sleek quartz countertops. A large island with a sink provides ample space for meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests. The outdoor dining table, facing the sound side, provides the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with family and friends.
This unit is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring a spacious open-concept layout and modern amenities. The unit is also equipped with an elevator, making it easy to move between floors.

Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.

Pool Access:
The swimming pool is only available between April-October. The pool heater is available only during April, May, and October. A small additional fee of $100 is added to each reservation during these months.

Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.

Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.
