"The resort has been upgraded from our last stay. The new pool and Rum Runners were amazing. The fitness center was nice. Room was refurbished but not stocked well with utensils. Maid service was lacking and our door was left ajar"

"The Doubletree at SQR is adjacent to the airport, so very convenient for travelers. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. However, when my colleague tried to request the shuttle using the link on the website, it took him directly to Lyft. With some searching a phone number to call the hotel with a shuttle request appeared. Everything was clean and in good shape. The breakfast buffet ($20) was average: eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal. There is also a made-to-order menu of pancakes, French toast, omelette, etc.. Gluten-free options were lacking on both the buffet and menu."
