「This property is full of spiders, inside and out. The home smells like mold (they tried masking it with plug ins). The air vents were full of dust and filters hadn’t been changed in a long time. Went to take a bath and there were little black fly larvae on the tub wiggling around. It needs a very deep clean. It’s also just minutes away from a prison. Kind of unnerving.
