Oceanview Cabin 23 with Private Jacuzzi & Remarkable Views
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 62 reviews
"Absolutely loved our stay here! The ambiance was charming, the cleanliness top-notch, and the atmosphere incredibly soothing. Being just a stone's throw away from the beach was a dream, especially with the added bonus of having it nearly all to ourselves. Plus, their thoughtful provision of a hose outside made cleaning up our two furry friends a breeze after their sandy romps. Overall, an enchanting experience that left us feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly content."

"This was a wonderful house for our large family to stay in while we visited the Brookings area. 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a bonus upstairs family room allowed each person space. The home is still proudly displaying the original decor, but is clean and quaint. Lots of amenities for the guests - high chair, easy access laundry, full pantry of cooking utensils and dishes for 12 or more, large fridge. We will stay again if given the chance!"

Private Off Grid cabin on North Fork of Smith River - WiFi - Pet Friendly
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 156 reviews
"We really enjoyed Sylvia and Larry's cabin located at the scenic North Fork of the Smith River. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The shaded babbling brook with chairs and a hammock were great spots to rest or read next to the cabin. The owners have a house on the property (a private in-holding within the Smith River National Recreation Area) but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. They were friendly and helpful hosts. We drove short distances for a couple of great hikes in...

Bungalow w/ Wraparound Deck - 8 Mi to Brookings
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, 10 reviews
"The property was perfect for what we needed. They had all utensils we needed for cooking and plenty of towels and blankets. Just a couple of notes, the other rental property on site was actually attached to the house so not much privacy, and the bedroom upstairs did not have a door. But over all it was a good stay."

The Hideout
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 109 reviews
"Aneka couldn’t be a better host. The loft had one bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, which came with farm fresh eggs! The hens that laid them were right outside the window. We brought our pups who enjoyed the yard when the chickens were in their coop. The house is minutes away from the beach and redwoods. We very much enjoyed our stay, it was quite relaxing!"

Footsteps to Pebble Beach & Short Drive to Redwoods
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 204 reviews
"The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration. We had text and phone contact before the stay with the owners, and they were very nice and helpful with their suggestions for places to see, and what to...

"WE LOVED IT! IT WAS AN AWESOME PLACE TO STAY AND HAVE SPECIAL TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING! THE BOYS HAD A SPECIAL SURPRISE WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE GAME ROOM, WHICH IS WHERE THEY SPENT THEIR TIME UNLESS THEY WERE ON THE BEACH EXPLORING. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!"

Magic Underground Hobbit Hole @ Sustainable Ecovillage
7.8 out of 10, Good, 25 reviews
"1. This is camping in the back hills. Worth the trip. It is as advertised. bring your own blankets and food that can be warmed on a wood stove. 2. The area had a recent fire but is recovering nicely. 3. the camp itself is worth the trip 4. Communication from expedia to vrbo to Dan Sasquach was severely lacking. "

The Redwood Cul-de-sac Beach Retreat: Gazebo, Grill, AC, Trampoline, Playground, Bikes, 4 TV's
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, 14 reviews
"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean and well kept. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and 2-year-old. Plenty of space for us to relax and beach access was a few minutes walk away. The manager made sure we had everything we needed and I'm sure would have been quick to respond to any issues, though we had none during our 5 nights stay. Highly recommended!"

"This rental did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Our daughter got married in the Redwoods and we needed a place that we could host a small reception. This property seemed way bigger than the square footage listed. The backyard and patio area were perfect for our small gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. The only thing we ended up needing to buy was an ice cream scooper. With that being said, we have stayed at other rentals that have coffee,...

"We absolutely loved this darling little cabin in the woods. It was so cozy and in a wonderful, peaceful location. Close to Jedidiah Smith Redwoods and Crescent city. Not too far from Prairie Creek Redwoods either, if you like exploring the coast and various trails. We can’t wait to come back to visit."

Beautiful Tiny Cottage Minutes from the Beach and Forests!
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 17 reviews
"I have mostly good things to say, but the neighborhood was not great and no hot tub on property. Extremely clean, easy check in, very attentive owners. A local young man greeted us shortly after arrival, nice touch. We thought we left something behind and owners responded immediately. The inside is as described. Upstairs has very low ceilings. We had 3 adults and the owner reached out to us right away to make sure we were ok with that. However, the neighborhood is not great. Its in a rundown...

Steps to the Ocean and one mile to the Redwoods! Close to everything......
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 27 reviews
"This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price."

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 56 reviews
"My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well supplied."
