"Hotel was clean. Great location. Breakfast was pricey, food average. Parking was expensive. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful or organized. I booked 2 rooms and requested same floor. When we arrived, one of them was not ready, but gave us the room number. We checked back 3 times, including at 4pm check in, still not ready. We went across the street to the 5pm hockey game, and when we got back 3hrs later (around 8pm) they told ua they gave our 2nd room to someone else. Offered complimentary breakfast for our troubles, but the next morning the breakfast counter had no record of our free breakfast. "

"My go to hotel without a doubt in Boston. The staff is awesome. Always friendly, accommodating & welcoming. Recent updates are reflected in rooms & suites with lots of extra little touches which make a big difference. Balconies are a plus with excellent views of skyline or city. The restaurant is fantastic with menu items which are unique, creative, well presented & delicious. Not typical for most hotels & refreshing. My recent stay was during the blizzard & I extended my stay because of the staff & perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel & stay whenever in Boston. Rates are very reasonable given amenities, staff & location. Convenient, on site parking is also available at an extra cost if needed. Well done. Thanks! "

"Expensive stay for the very basics. Parking cost is ridiculous even if you didn’t use valet service. Valet service is efficient. Outside noise is loud at night and early morning from traffic and ambulances. Guest room is clean. Staff is friendly. "

"Nice staff but very outdated hotel, especially the bathrooms. Very dusty rooms with rust by the bathroom door and curtains detached. Good downtown location. However, I would not have been able to sleep without ear plugs. VERY NOISY. I did like the 24 hr coffee/ tea available. And the water dispenser on every floor. "

"The location of the hotel is the BEST! So convenient and close to many things. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Enjoyed using the Gym, very clean and great vibe. Just the staff(server and the front person) at the restaurant were not really friendly or helpful. It could be better if they at least smile and are friendly."
