"This is a family run business, and nothing was too much trouble. The reception was excellent, as was the bar and dining room. A really lovely home from home atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I did have my car broken into whilst I was staying, that was nothing to do with the hotel, but just remember to remove all items of any value before you park up for the night. The hotel management could not apologise enough, but as I say it wasn't their fault."

"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. "Although transportation is an issue if you are on a time crunch but if you plan in advance or don’t mind spending a few dollars, transportation can be easy with half an hour shuttle and uber. Has a positive experience. Helpful staff and nice ambience. "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "
