Everything at the hotel was great. The front desk staff were amazing and I will always return to the hotel. My only complaint was the fact that I received a parking fine AFTER leaving and having paid parking directly to the hotel for every day I was there :(

Staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast was great, waiter was attentive and wonderful. We had a suite, the heat in one of the rooms wasn’t working, it was late and maintenance wasn’t available, staff did send up a heater. The heating towel racks in the bathroom weren’t working either as well as the light in the mirror. The bathroom floor was freezing as there was no heat, I covered them in towels.There was a layer of dust on the desk top/ coffee area as well. No amenities, no cup in the bathrooms. My kids couldn’t take showers on their own as the soaps were too high for them to reach and they were attached to the shower wall. A very unusual experience for a Hilton.

Room was ok. They put us on the top floor. Small window and low ceiling. Staff was fine. Gave us a sack breakfast because we flew early. You must pay extra for the shuttle.
