This modern 1.5-bedroom apartment is located in a modern block, just a short walk from the Sliema seafront and ta'xbiex. It's conveniently close to bus stops and ferries, making it easy to quickly commute to various tourist hotspots. Enjoy trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops, and Sliema’s bustling shopping center, all within a 5-minute walk.

The Space

Finished to high standards, clean, and very modern, this apartment features a living/dining area and the main bedroom that opens up to a balcony overlooking a tranquil small garden. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms and a single bedroom, and two bathrooms one with a bathtub. Complimentary WiFi Internet are included.

The location is unbeatable, being just a short walk from the The Strand promenade in Sliema. Here, you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, and beaches. Das Apartment ist durchweg in einem schlechten Zustand. Nur oberflächlich gesäubert,Kochutensilien schmierig, Bad und Waschmaschine weisen Schimmelsporen auf.Der Kühlschrank lässt sich nicht regulieren.Der Vermieter reagiert kaum und zeitverzögert. Nie wieder!!
