「Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work」

「It was super clean, cozy and warm」

「Convenient location with an amazing shawarma restaurant downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Place was clean and exactly as described. Generally exceeded or met expectations. Easy laundry.」

「The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were ample choices available to choose from. The bus stop and underground is not too far from the hotel so getting around is very easy. My only con is that the beds are two singles pushed together to be a double which would sometimes move apart. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.」

「Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel.」
