We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay. "Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in."
