「Not a very nice place. Grumpy old guy. Dated furnishings. The beds were up on blocks of wood on which i stubbed my toe and bled everywhere. We did a 7 night road trip and this was the the worst place. Would not recommend. 」

「This is a quaint, homey family owned and operated (from what I could tell) motel. It is old, probably from the 60s, but very clean. The curtains looked like they had been carefully sewn most likely by the owner, and installed with nice pull backs. The tile in the bathroom was nicely installed, and the bathroom was very roomy. 「The only issue I had was minutes after I checked into our room, I started sneezing and smelling like there was mold. It is carpeted. The patio seemed scary to walk on to and run down. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables. 」

「Seemed like a rip off. We booked a room with kitchenette. Apparently we were told to rent a kitchen box with pots/pens/cuttlery etc for an additional fee. Whats’s the point of booking a room with kitchenette without anything in it. I didn’t see anywhere on expedia that kitchenette is empty really and you have to pay more to make it usable. The room overall is dated including the kitchen appliances, no exhaust for the stove… guess you have to keep windows opened when you cook.」

「We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was...

「Great stay at Villa west. No AC but luckily we brought a small fan. 」

「Staff were very nice, came a long ways from Pullman, WA for spring break with my sister and grandparents. Really hoped the pool was open, it wasn't. The TV stoped working after a while, wifi is excessively slow and inconsistent. Our bathtub was stained badly too. Convinient spot to be, close to food and shops. 」

「Shower curtain and rod in the shower need replacement. Told the stuff who are the owner, told us they would pass in on to someone else. They did not take me seriously. I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. 「It was easy to locate, I received great communication from the property, definitely dog friendly, unique and interesting furnishings throughout the property. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place. We had a great time there—truly getting away from city life. 」
