"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Excellent bed, nice shower and extra towels on request. Samoa is prone to power outages and we were thankful for the generator. We took advantage of the spa for foot massages. We were in easy walking distance of the Samoan Cultural Village - which was a nice way to spend a morning. The Sheraton staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to the airport and back for a day trip to American Samoa to visit the US National Park. Only complaint I would have is there were no wipes in the gym. I suspect shortages of many items may occur due to shipping issues. I will be honest. We originally were not planning to stay here, but issues with air conditioning at another highly reviewed resort had us doing a last minute reservation. We are extremely glad we made the change as these facilities and the room conditions were far superior to our original reservation."

Moatoga Hotel was incredibly accommodating during our stay. Our flight landed at 0100hrs, and despite the very early hour, they kindly allowed us to check in at 0200hrs without any issues. The location of the hotel was excellent, just meters away from the market and the main shops. It was incredibly convenient to step outside and immediately find everything I needed, from local vendors to popular stores. Being so close to the heart of the action made exploring the area easy and enjoyable, and it added great value to my overall stay. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a wonderful job ensuring everything was tidy and fresh each day.
