Vrbo's assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods, providing customer service and assistance during the stay.

3. Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels for the pool and bathroom. If booked for 2 weeks, there are 2 cleanings, etc.
4. This cleaning costs €375/week for a full cleaning with bed linen and towel change, or a mini cleaning by 2 persons/2 hours.
5. Tourist Tax: €1/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
6. In Low Season: Monthly supplement of €800 for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption, or Weekly supplement of €300 for heating/light/gas.

8. Late Check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00: +€45.
