「I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). 「Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones.
