The general feel of this hotel is that it looks very tired & needs updating. The room decor was poor & needs lots of renovation work to bring it up to date. It's advertised as a guest house but was more like a hostel so i feel the description was misleading

I cancel the booking before I check-in. The responses replied by the staff were very brief. It certainly causes misunderstanding. Also, I sent a message on Mar. 2, 3:36 pm, still there is no one reply at Mar. 7 10:47 am. Four days have already passed
Very kind and helpful staff; good amenities such as a fridge, microwave, water dispenser, and washing machine. The rooms were reasonably comfortable (I just would have liked a window) and the wifi worked. The location was convenient for public transportation and there were several restaurants, convenience stores, and massage parlors nearby. I would book here again.
Disappointed. Booked the family ensuit and did not know that i have keyed in 2 adults during the search. the room is the biggest room (1 queen and 2 bunk bed) and is available for stay up to 4 adults. Because of this, i was charged sgd66 for additional 2 adults. It is super overcharged. Did a quick search on another day, same room 4pax vs 2 pax, there is no difference in price but i was told by K2 guest that there is a price difference hence they need to charge me. This is not true. Called hotel.com as the service provider, i was informed that there is nothing they can do. This is unfair. This is the last time to use hotel.com. No after sale service. Blame my own eye side for failing to key in the correct number of guests in the search box. Blame myself for making the wrong choice to choose hotel.com. Text K2 guest as well, no single response, again no after sale service at all.

House a bit on the verge of breaking down. Toilet isnt clean when i got there with urine stains on the toilet bowl, but not the seat. Room smelled of freshly cleaned laundry. And saw them washing the duvets. Which some hotels dont even do
We stay at K2 for two nights but am disappointed with the condition of the place. Bed is squeaky, watermarks and dirt spot all over the walls and toilet drain is clogged, you can imagine yourself stepping on dirty water when you’re showering. The positive light about the place is the staff are friendly and location is near to Sentosa.
It's a great hotel with all the basic things you need. The environment is also quiet with fresh air. The staff was nice and patient. The restaurant right in front of the hotel is very good. But the hotel is not very close to the MRT. You need to walk around 15 minutes from Haw Par Villa station but the route is quite straightforward. And the pillows were too soft for us.
Clean and comfortable. Easy access to Kent Ridge Mrt via walking or bus number 200. Best for parents visiting their children studying or staying near NUS

Nice hotel, with annoying dogs
The room was very good, and the check in -check out was very smooth, but the neighbors had dogs that will bark nonstop for 30 minutes, and the dogs would do it late at night like 1 am, and early in the morning at 7 am, which was annoying, since it ruined the our sleep.
Great stay all around. Wonderful hosts, good area for easy access to food & groceries, close to city center, clean and comfy. What more could you want?!
