There are two things that I dislike. First, there is a lot of noise early in the morning, from around 1am to 4am, which was extremely bad for sleeping. It seemed to me the noise was coming from someone cleaning the hallway. There is also a constant sneezing noise from a guy either next door or one level below. Second, the room was quite hot despite the temperature was set to just 17 degree. The air conditioning either did not work or was not properly regulated. On the other hand, I like the staff and the location.

タオルが取り替えられていない日があって大変困った。また、壁が薄く隣の喘ぎ声などは丸聞こえ。冷蔵庫もなく、部屋にはおそらく前に宿泊した人のコンドームの袋の切れ端が落ちていた。

Friendly staff, clean room and great restaurants.

I had an opportunity to book a room to stay for the 24 quarantine. Room was clean and I felt comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and provided me with options to check in earlier which I appreciated a lot. Got a room with a view out and it was nice. Location was very close to NUS and there’s plenty of restaurants including a 7-11. Just walk down and you can have meals 24hours a day which is great if you’ve jet lag!

The location is not in the center of Singapore however it is very easy because there are many buses pass by the hotel and haw par villa mrt station is nearby it's only 6 sg dollar by taxi. The hotel is very clean but the space is too small if you got a big luggage don't stay here no space for your luggage. The staff is not too friendly no hello's, no good morning's,. When we reach their 30 minutes before check in time we waited at the bus stop it's very hot outside because they don't have space for waiting area.

생각보다 방이 훨씬 작고, 호텔 내에서 냄새가 좀 났음. 에어컨 작동이 안되었는데, 직원에게 얘기한 후 바로 고쳐졌습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다.
