"Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, and perfect location."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was a suite (upgraded) and huge. The only short fall was there was no hot water this morning. There was plenty last night."

"Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting. "
