Hotel Nikko Guam will be one of our favorite hotels in Guam. The Gun Beach, Facilities, Amenities, Warm and Friendly services of staffs are wonderful! Nice place to stay to relax and enjoy. They have Water server in which is convenient as well. The room is so wide and elegantly designed. Thank you Expedia & Hotel Nikko Guam!

Its a nice hotel bit is in need of updating, for example there is a lot of carpetand in a location that is that humid that keads to mold. The ceiling in the main lobby entrance also leaked when it rained hard. But the staff were amazing and the rioms were good. We did the biffet one night and the food was not good, it was all cold and we were there right when it opened

It was a fine hotel but we had to go through a ton of trouble to get our rooms cleaned and new towels. Like hours and constantly having to call the frontdesk.
We finally just started throwing all of our towels in the hallway and they were fine with that, they stayed there for a while.
