"The house had a lot of nice little touches that really pushed into the 5 star range for me. Great coffee selection, lots of bourbon glasses, great TV room, plenty of linens and towels, and even a nice little backyard hangout spot (even though we didn’t have time to use it). Really great find in terms of location as well. It’s within walk of plenty of bars, breakfast, and dinner spots."

"Everything was great, loved the place and the layout of it all. The only issue was the A/C. It was 95-97 degrees all weekend, and the Air would not go down past 74. I had reached out to the owner, he was set to bring in the HVAC to check it out, by the 1st morning, it did go down to 69, so we canceled that visit. Everyday after that, stayed above 74. granted we were not there much during the day, had fans running at night, stayed a tad warm most of the time. Not sure if it was locked or set...
