The unit was clean, all communications were timely, the property has all the amenities, and NULU is very walkable. A perfect stay! My only regret is that I wasn't able to extend the stay. Highly recommended if you're in the Louisville area

Great Location

The location was good. Little confusing navigating the building, but eventually figured it out. All the floors were dirty. Looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. One of the bedroom outlets top plug didn't work. Front bathroom lights flickered, only one bulb worked and the faucet moved, had to hold on to it to turn the cold/hot.

Overall, this was a very good property in a great location close to all that NULU has to offer. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space in the bedrooms, closets, and living area. It’s a no-frills place, but was clean, quiet, and served my needs perfectly. The only couple of things I might recommend they improve: it was not very clear in the check in instructions the actual unit number. It was not included in the address, but was part of another code later in the instructions. I called the support number to avoid walking all over the property, but they weren’t super helpful, and I spent a lot of time on hold. Also, the vetting process they use for guests after making the reservation seems a bit extreme, requiring pictures of driver’s license and selfies. I guess there is some kind of reason for this, but it seemed a bit much.

Outstanding home away from home!!

First off, yhe website pictures do not do it justice. My stay was fantastic, secure and comforting. I loved every bit, from the convient parking deck, to the view overlooking the pool. The security of the building and apartment was comforting. Once i entered the premises, it was excellent and up to date. Very fresh. The apartment was very clean. Starting with the kitchen, equipped with up to date appliances, Kerig, dishes and utensils. All clean. Washer and dryer. Both bedrooms were spacious, with room for king size bed. Bedding was fresh. Extra blankie would have been nice. Very large closets. Bathrooms were spotless and roomy. Clean towels, updated shower. Small toiletries would have been a plus. I did have my own though. No tv's in the bedroom, would have been nice. Sharing a tv with grandchildren sucks. But again, no biggie. I would stay here again without question. Entire apartment was outstanding. And i look frwd to my next stay. And I'm sorry, I honestly forgot to take pictures. But trust me, this apartment is worth every penny!! You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a memorable experience in Louisville. This property was awesome; great location, very secure, convenient parking, great communication with agent, spacious accommodations, very clean and updated. We can't think of anything that needed improvements. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Louisville again.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for two colleagues traveling together. The area is just outside of downtown and there was not a lot, especially for lunch options, that was walkable. The management replied quickly when there was an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Its a little awkward getting to the apartment but once you get there, go back down, park your car in the garage and figure out what elevator to take back its fantastic.

The property was very nice however one of the bedrooms reeped of pet urine. I contacted them several times. They promised to send a handy man by but never did. We stayed 4 days. We could not use the second bedroom due to the order. They have not responded as of todax.

Was charged for my stay even have proof of the charge but was never given the door code to check in. When i raised concern i was first told by hotels.com that my refund was approved then later they doubled back and said my card was never charged. i paid for 4 nights... yet with added proof it literally means nothing to hotels.com. Site is ridiculous and as a manager in the hospitality field i knew better to begin with. Wont allow me to upload pic of receipt

The only positive about this place is how close it is to attractions you may wanna visit. My advice just don't stay here. We had to wait nearly an hour after areiving to go up to our room due to "maintenance" then when we finally did get up there our code stopped working so we could'nt leave the room as a family because we'd have no way to get back in meaning we couldnt continue with our plans. Then the blinds are SO horrible in the rooms they kept out NO light making it hard for anyone to sleep. The lights to the "club house" courtyard stayed on all night even though it closed at 10pm and the light came straight into the room. They also threaten fines for everything basically, including someone complaining about noise. Mind you we have a 2yr old and weren't hardly at the apartment the days we were in town but any "noise" wouldve simply been our 2yr old walking on the floor he wasnt running or screaming yet we were told if it didnt stop it could result in a fine plus the person came knocking on our door at 4pm. The person i spoke with through email seemed understanding that it was our 2yr old but still why put someone who told you they had small children on the 7th floor then threaten a fine.
