"We upgraded to the Versailles Tower and to a room overlooking the Bellagio fountain. It was such a perfect location and well appointed room! Thanks to Nikki the Paris front desk attendant for being so kind, helpful and encouraging of the upgrade. Fabulous stay! "

"Firstly this was my first time in Vegas so I have nothing to compare to. The hotel room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are dated but no complaints. The hotel is centrally located and I would definitely stay there again "

The Floral displays in the north arch are pristine, but the rooms already need some work. The phone in my room did not work. The Housekeeping service was mediocre missing several key items. The shower door was loose off his hinges and the vents were covered in an inch thick of dust. "

"Clean & well kept property. Check in was very slow & guest services never picked up phone from our room when we needed assistance. Pools were extremely overcrowded & no chairs available, which made for an unenjoyable pool day. Food was overpriced & mediocre. "
