ラスベガスストリップからは少し離れてますが、ホテルにカジノやレストラン、フードコートがありここだけでも楽しめます。ホテル内は警備スタッフが巡回しており、かなり安心して過ごせました。スタッフも親切で居心地の良いホテルでした。近くのバス停から繁華街や空港方面に行けます。

To put it simply, the reception staff were rude. My flight arrived early in the morning at 6.30 am, and the reception staff treated me rudely, telling me I couldn’t check in until 8 am. When I went back to reception at 8 am, they told me my booking wasn’t on their system. However, as I’d made the booking on my Xperia, I showed them the booking confirmation to verify it. Even though I’d already booked, they kept me waiting for ages whilst they entered the details into the computer, only to then tell me the room wasn’t ready yet. If they’d told me that first thing in the morning, I would have gone out... They told me that if I paid $100 for one night, they’d show me to my room early and upgrade it, so I reluctantly paid up. The room had no essentials in the bathroom, such as a bin or a glass, and no view whatsoever. My reaction was, ‘What on earth is an upgrade?’ In any case, the front desk staff were rude and I had a very unpleasant experience.

良かった点 ・施設の立地 ・駐車のしやすさ ・部屋からの景色 ・2バスルームとジャグジー ・急な予定変更にもかかわらずノーチャージで対応 残念な点 ・部屋の清掃良いが、前の宿泊者のゴミがそのまま放置 ・ソファーベッド用の毛布が破れており、ブランケットと呼ぶには薄すぎるため、せめて2枚以上の毛布のストックが欲しい ・シャワー水圧の弱さ

今回とても快適に過ごせました！ホテルの位置もよく、ロビーのバーなら朝ごはんやランチも楽しめました。ありがとうございます。

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.
