"It was a very nice little cozy cottage. Only suggestion-amenities in the screened porch (electric heater, TV) along with a solid closure that could allow its use during colder times. Not a complaint, we knew what we were getting, simply a suggestion to improve!"

"I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy. "

"It was a great spot for relaxing on the water with my significant other and our pups. The view was beautiful. The trees were gorgeous and turning radiant colors. Perfect. "

"The house was very clean and well furnished. We were told there wasn't a pack and play but there was as well as a crib and a high chair. The hot tub and pool were clean. We loved the screened porch and the fire pit. We loved everything about the house!"

"This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our Book Club girl's trip! The communal spaces were great with plenty of space for everyone to be together. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning! Location is great and near downtown and beaches. I would definitely recommend and stay again! "
