"The house was terrific!! Plenty of china, crystal, silverware, cookware for a house full of people, especially over a holiday! The number of bedrooms & bathrooms is great with a big group. The house was very clean & comfortable!!"

"We came in December for a wedding weekend. There was lots of snow and we loved the coziness of the cottage with the fireplace, comfy couch and looking at the lake and snow out the windows. There were lovely Christmas decorations around and we all loved our stay"

"It was a very nice little cozy cottage. Only suggestion-amenities in the screened porch (electric heater, TV) along with a solid closure that could allow its use during colder times. Not a complaint, we knew what we were getting, simply a suggestion to improve!"

"I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy. "
