This was my second visit to the Belvedere Estate, and I am so happy I made the decision to return! There is something truly special about this property. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are delightful, and the entire estate has a wonderful charm and elegance that makes staying here such a memorable experience.
The customer service is exceptional, and you genuinely feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The location is another wonderful feature—tucked away in a peaceful, beautiful setting, yet just a short drive from downtown Saugatuck and all the wonderful restaurants, shops, and activities the area has to offer.
The Belvedere Estate is so much more than simply a place to spend the night. It is part of the experience of visiting Saugatuck. I thoroughly enjoyed both of my stays and would not hesitate to return for a third!
A truly lovely property that I highly recommend!
A few minutes from downtown Saugatuck, but worth it. My daughter and I stayed two nights on a Sunday and Monday and we only had one other couple each night. Super cute. My daughter said it felt like her own Downton Abbey and adored the place. Super quiet. Just oozing charm.
The property is beautiful but there is no staff around so it seemed very impersonal. It is an easy drive to Saugatuck and Douglas. Bedside lamps and easier access to coffee in the morning would be lovely.
Found out how LITTLE $265 will buy you. Rediculously small room, tiny shower a large person could not fit into, creaky floors that cause partner to wake when getting out of bed, or when someone is coming down the hall, no TV, no personal contact at all
