Beautiful property and room. Just did not have enough time to use. Would go back.

Location is perfect! The place it spacious, modern, nicely appointed and has all basic amenities you would need, nice to have laundry option right there! (*Although, we were told prior to staying that laundry detergent was there. It was not, we needed to get some while there. A small inconvenience, nbd). I will say they need to really clean the floors though! While unpacking, walking around the place barefoot for just a bit, and then hopped in the shower, my feet were black/filthy!! Yuk. Please wash the floors!!!!! That is my only complaint.

perfect location, nicely appointed. It was a very warm 3 days and a ceiling fan in the bedrooms would have kept us a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, this was a great spot that I would recommend highly.

Arrived to find my room reeked of feet and was told they had no cleaning supplies available as a short term solution until the next day? What if someone had vomited? She said that was a good point… The next morning at 8:40 AM maintenance worker began knocking on my door. I told him repeatedly not to enter as I was sleeping and confused why they would bother a guest so early. The second time he came back to knock I called the front desk as it was so early and they said that no maintenance had been scheduled, which led me to believe a stranger was attempting to get into my room posing as maintenance. He eventually opened my door against my explicit instructions but I luckily had the second lock on. I went into shock and was crying and had to call twice and scream before the manager came to get me as I thought this was a random man posing as a maintenance staff member. Unauthorized room entry is not an inconvenience. It’s a serious breach. He was eventually identified, why would a staff member knock so many times and enter when I said no? When I left in distress without my key, front desk issued a replacement without asking my name, verifying my identity, or confirming my room. Anyone could have accessed my room. Beyond the smell and security, the shower had another guest’s hair in it, and there was grainy debris in the bedding. Night staff delivered the wrong bedding size, told me to put the old set on the floor myself, and got annoyed when I asked for help. Avoid this place.
