This apartment had virtually everything going for it. I would happily live in it long-term. One of the things I found remakable was the QUIET. The bed was also very comfortable. As a result we slept better in the Loft than in any other rented room we've ever stayed in.
The only improvement I would suggest to the owners is building better storage for clothes.

the location is good and the place is spacious but the problem is, there is absolutely no place to put your clothes. the 2 bedrooms are seperated by curtains, kind of like a hospital room and there are no dressers, or any places what so over to put clothes in/on, not in even a hook on the wall. So if your OK with living out of your suit case, which will be on the floor in the living area, because there is no other place to put it, and there is no closet space, you'll be fine.

Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access.
