「Very clean hotel」

「This hotel truly surprised me! I stayed there twice, and on both occasions, I was very well taken care of by the entire staff. Everyone is very helpful and polite, and I want to give a special thanks to all of them! They made my stay very enjoyable. 「We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, always very accommodating to our needs. We needed earlier breakfast and they made it happen. They were courteous and hospitable. They stored our luggage while we went around town after checking out. Breakfast was very good and very prompt. 」

「we loved the location, on the mail road, easy access by a car. staff were very helpful and friendly. my friend got sick and I asked for some fruits at night, the kitchen had nothing to offer me but one staff took me to the shop nearby and I managed to get what I needed. The room was in a good size, but it would have been better if there were chairs/sofas. The room was with double window but it was very hard for us to open it as it needs unique technique to open. so we ended up not opening it....

I had a several times of interruption of power supply for 3 nights stay in February 2015, but it happened all over Cape Town and was not the hotel's fault.」
