We stayed at Neighbourgood Harrington for one night and it was ideal. The hotel offers left-luggage, which was perfect for our schedule. The location in District 6 is excellent, surrounded by trendy bars, shops and restaurants, and very convenient for getting around. Staff were excellent and the property was very clean. Our standard room was surprisingly spacious, well furnished and had a very good layout. A really useful bonus is the shower available for guests who have a late flight. Great value and highly recommended.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is good. So many of my activities and restaurants that I wanted to try was a short drive away which was perfect
This small boutique hotel was perfect for our group of four with two rooms. Each suite was clean, neat and so well thought out. Everything you would need for a stay was there at your finger tips - equipped kitchen, television, comfortable sitting area and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Lovely shower and heated towel racks. Night time was quiet. The breakfast options were small but very tasty. We enjoyed the outside deck by the pool. Walking the area during the day was easy but we took Uber at night to dinner. We had a great dinner at the restaurant associated with the hotel. Highly recommend a stay at the hotel.
This hotel was STUNNING.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
I loved the amenities within the studio.
Staff were super helpful.
I didn’t so much appreciate the area, but that can’t be helped by the staff.
The front desk was really helpful, the cafe’s drinks were lovely, the guys at the entrance were great, and the rooms were really and genuinely so nice.
The shower was amazing. The rooms were large and modern. There was a Nespresso machine and full fridge. This would be a great place to stay for an extended visit where you need a home base.
Amazing, high tech rooms, lots of shared space for co-working, and the friendliest staff. Great for long term stays as they have kitchen, lots of closet space, etc.
Only complaint is that they advertise laundry services but the dryer is broken and after 1 hour of drying, your clothes are still wet. This left me in a bit of a pinch as I had to dry them with the hair dryer before my flight that evening. A couple other visitors also said the same thing about the dryer and we were not filling it with many items. Would recommend the property replace the filters or service the machine.
I traveled to Cape Town for my Birthday and stayed at this property and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were AMAZING, very kind, helpful, and available for assistance 24/7. I encourage anyone to stay here - it is a beautfiul property. I also enjoyed the walking distance to everything that was around, including the OK mart, restaurants, barber, gay club around the corner, and district 6 museum. If i return to Cape Town, I would like to stay here again. It was a great choice for me and strongly recommend to everyone.
At first glance we didn’t realize we were in the right location. Once inside, check in took a few minutes longer because my telephone number did not attach to the reservation at the time of booking. However, once checked in, WOW the room (901) was ABSOLUTELY stunning! Great views of Table Mountain and the room setup was spot on. I would have liked washcloths in the bathroom, and did not locate a thermostat for the AC, but the ceiling fans offered very cool temps. I definitely would stay here again! One of the best hotel rooms I have ever had, and I’ve been traveling for 20 years. You must stay here if you are in Cape Town.

We stayed there for a week, the room decor was lovely, found a hand written welcoming note on the bed which was a great gesture.
We had the room on corner of the street side and let me tell you the noice at night was unbearable, people screaming and shouting on the streets, cars passing, we had it all and as a light sleeper i had a hard time sleeping. We didn’t get to use the pool because the big bean bags on it had mold growing on them and they filled up the pool, those things should be taken out of the pool when nobody is not using them(my 2 cents).
Otherwise our days were full of activities so we didn’t really spend so much time on the property apart from sleeping and getting breakfast ( lovely team members).

Enjoyed our stay, unfortunately without breakfast
Upon check-in we asked where the breakfast was held in the mornings, and were told there was no breakfast included in our booking via hotels.com. We challenged this and receptionist re-checked but were told again there was no breakfast (basically end of story). And continued informing us about other check-in related matters. After we issued a complaint the hotel has taken no responsibility for the mistake. Luckily there is a lovely café around the corner, which we highly recommend ( Truth Coffee Roasting) in case you find yourself in the same situation.
