Both rooms heaters were not working upon arrival. We had to put on thermals and puffy jacket

The room condition was good, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our hot water and they remedied it immediately. Would have been nice to have a spot of the casino that was non-smoking. There was hardly any gluten free options which was surprising considering the amount of restaurants the hotel has. Really disappointed with that.

Arriving at the hotel was the least impressive but the hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Our vehicle was too tall for the garage, and staff made sure there was space for us outside the main lobby. The room was huge and the view amazing. Very roomy. From what I read the rooms were once time shares, so meant for longer stays. If you smoke there’s a huge outdoor area on the same level as the bar and indoor swimming pool, billiards room, TV room and Gym. The hotel gave off a sort of classic, well made feeling in comparison to the cookie cutter hotel chains. I’m not much of a gambler but if you are you do not need to go far find it. Hotel was great for walkability, near excellent restaurants and the River.
