We stayed there for our a long layover. It was a comfortable sleep. Airport transfer given for 15 euros. So recommended for a short stay

Such a great hotel, in the perfect location. The room we had was exceptional (room 1) - very spacious with views of the dome of St. Peter’s cathedral right out the window. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20m walk, often only a few blocks away. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very glad we book the Leo Grand.

The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of good offerings, though at 25 Euros it was overpriced. The evening buffet at the same price was dreadful, and the a la carte pizza, pasta, and salad offerings were not much better. Management should be embarrassed to offer such dreck, especially in a city like Vienna.

We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. There were also slippers in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. Location was excellent and easy to reach tourist attractions on foot or by public transport.
