第一天被安排到「地下室」住宿，很明顯的感受到濕氣很重，再訂房系統也沒有特別註明。 經過與員工反應後，馬上幫我們升級更換房間後，整體的感受都明顯不同了。 早餐是真的無話可說的棒，整體環境都很不錯

Disappointment

The water pressure was very low for 2 days that we could not take our shower for 2 days. After the water problem was solved, the only lift in the hotel was out of order and my parents who are in their late 70's had to walked up 4 flight of stairs after a long day exploring the temples. One of the air-con on the main lobby was also out of order - hot lobby. At one point the wifi stopped working for 30 mins. The breakfast variety was very poor, mainly un-appealing Asian stir-fries. The only advantage of the hotel is the location -walking distance to Pub Street.

Amazing sunset in riverview room

This place is perfect. The location is perfect, the room was perfect, what can I say.....this is one of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed at! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and close to both down town and landmarks like the royal palace. Very easy to walk to most places from this hotel. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a river view, the sunset is to die for :)

This hotel has the potential to be very good but, unfortunately it isn't! Rooms are roomy with some nice features but lighting is horrible throughout the hotel. You can't see to shave in the bathroom and the lobby lighting, even at night is appalling. Food for breakfast looked left over for the most part and western options were almost non-existent. Staff was fine. The real kicker is that we saw a rat run into the lobby from outside as we were leaving and the staff thought it was amusing that we were startled. We saw another rat run across the floor of the dining room. Enough said.

Good hotel

Good hotel, nice location on the river. Relatevitely quiet, not far from pubstreet Buffet breakfast ok, wifi weak sometime. Only strange thing was that i asked the first day if they could organize a tuktuk for Angkor for me and they didn't (or couldn't) do it for whatever reason Anyway enough to go out and ask any tuktuk driver, they will be more than happy to do it

Hotel is incredibly well situated...overlooking the river and easy walking distance of all sorts of markets and so on. The hotel staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful - can't speak highly enough of the help we got. Lovely swimming pool too - marvellous after a hot day. Breakfasts were a real treat - something new each morning. All in all - great value!

Great place to stay for 4 nights

The hotel reception, restaurant, and sleeping spaces were big, lovely, and well kept. The staff could not have been nicer and helped arrange trips to the sites. Breakfast buffet was large and fresh. The location was perfect and the room was still quiet although close to everything. It even had 5-star extras like safe, slippers, bathrobe and fridge. It was an amazing place for the price and I highly recommend it.

Probablement l’hotel qui offre le meilleur rapport qualité/prix à Siem Reap. Hôtel idéalement située, tout près de la partie touristique, tout en étant dans un endroit tranquille. Intérieur magnifique avec ses boiseries acajous, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le déjeuner varié et savoureux (déjeuner-buffet lorsqu’il y a suffisamment de clients, sinon c’est déjeuner à la carte). Le personnel est très affable et serviable. Bref, tout était parfait.

シェリムアップの中心地に位置し、ロケーションが良い。オールドマーケット、パブストリート、ナイトマーケットに行くにも便利。部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧。空港送迎を頼み、落ち合う事が出来なかったので来ていないのかと思った。ホテル到着後にちゃんと迎えに来てくれていた事を言われた。きちんとしているという印象。値段以上のホテルだと思います。また機会があれば泊まりたい。

Newly renovated hotel in convenient Siem Reap location, walking distance to markets and shops, along the river road. We found this to be an excellent value, with well-appointed comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast (a la carte when guests were few, buffet style when there were many other guests). But the best thing about this place is the helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you are happy, and will help you to get the most out of your Siem Reap visit.

Excellent semi-boutique hotel in Siem Reap

Our group (4 Americans in total) had a great experience at the Angkor Sayana in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Two in our group had stayed there a year and a half ago. Rooms were excellent, service was impeccable, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit great. They even made us breakfast to go for our early flight. On the last two nights we may have been the only group in the hotel. It was super quiet and peaceful. The first night there was a very large 3 bus tour group of Chinese. It was kind of loud and packed that morning, but that would be expected with any group that large. The location is excellent just a hop skip and jump away from downtown and Pub Street. We enjoyed our visit very much.
