"My family and I have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 20 years. It has been a "home away from home" since our children were little and we used to book the corner "suites". The staff have always been competent and friendly and the facilities attractive and clean. The carpets in the hallways could do with a refresh but in all other respects, the hotel is just about perfect. Car drivers can park under the hotel once they have negotiated the traffic and one-way systems. The hotel is conveniently located beside the U-Bahn station from where you can reach the whole city. It's a short walk north to the city centre (shopping, Dom and Bahnhof). Walk south along the pleasant Severinsstraße to Chlodwigplatz, a lively hub of activity, restaurants and bars and from where you can easily reach the Rhine."

"Hotel was in a great location and was very clean. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in wonderful . I only gave it a 4 because the room was pretty stuffy even though we turned the air all the way down it didn't seem to get very coo and we are hot natured . Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"There was nothing that was missing or that we needed that the staff here didn’t take care of. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and spacious, and anything we needed around town was taken care of quickly by the concierge. Highly recommend staying here, the views are amazing also"

"Bar was closed for 2 of 4 evenings and the Saturday breakfast service was overloaded (not enough staff to clear tables). Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Also had problems every day with the AirCon as my laptop blew the circuit breaker twice - had to move room and ended with no AC. Was given a bar voucher (except bar not open) Staff friendly, very clean and well located - but problem solving turned into problem explaining and not resolving. Will use again, but surprised for this typically good brand of hotel."

"Good location on the outskirts of town. Was quite a bit of noise with being close to the rail and road so would recommend ear plugs. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly."
