"I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Once I got in all was good."

"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. "It was just a 1 night stay before an early flight but really wish we could’ve stayed longer! Felt immediately at home by the welcoming staff and the hotel was bursting with character. It’s very basic (but expected for the price) and a little run down but this just added to its rustic charm. The location was convenient and would definitely stay for longer next time as it’s perfect to explore and makes an excellent base. "
