"We could not stay at this property because it was dirty, neglected, and extremely unsafe. Despite the unacceptable condition, they refused to reimburse us, so we had to leave and lost all the money we paid.
The entrance was dangerous—you have to cross a broken, makeshift wooden bridge over an open ditch. The stairs were partially broken, the wooden structure and railings were rotten and unstable, and elevated areas were inadequately protected.

Terraced rice fields cascade down lush hillsides, where local guides lead treks through villages and to hidden waterfalls. Book a cooking class at an organic farm or rent a scooter to explore Mount Agung views and traditional craft workshops.

I had an incredible experience at the Devani Resort. It is stunningly beautiful and the staff worked very hard (especially Adit!) to make everything go smoothly. The view of the rice field from the room was spectacular. The price is really good for the value. I’d definitely stay here again.

The bungalows are well worth the money! The surroundings are simply gorgeous. We hired a guide through the hotel and did a four hour hike through the rice paddies to a nearby temple with great views. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay. This was exactly what I needed to rest and recuperate. I loved the peaceful atmosphere hearing the river all the time even in my room, I loved the great food and sweet staff, and all the beautiful artistic touches all around. Thank you for an incredible time, I will be recommending your resort to many friends.

Gorgeous traditional Balinese villa that was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. Our first visit to Indonesia and Sidemen was our favorite place, So very peaceful and beautiful scenery with the rice fields and surrounded by mountains. Temperatures were much cooler and often a nice breeze blowing - which made sitting on the open living area quite comfortable and enjoyable.
We were in a Basic Villa - unit #6 - which had a outside sitting area but also an enclosed inside...
