"Rooms were clean some staff were very helpful some weren’t. The sofas were stained in the club lounge and the food and drinks in the club lounge did get replenished on the first night whilst we were there. The leisure facilities were fine and the location is excellent for exploring Stratford. Just for information when we booked we received an email that the parking was £12 a day and the day before we arrived we received another email that the car park was £13 a day but they did honour the £12 day."
