"Everything was great. The staff is very friendly. Location is great. Lots to see, shop and eat. The only regret was their dry clean service. I had one of my silk pant sent for dry clean. The form was marked for dry clean. The pant was washed instead as you can smell the detergent. The laundering shrank the pants, washed out the color. The staff obviously was not able to do anything except refund the dry clean portion of the bill. It was one of my favorite go to travel pants. Perfect for HK s hot & humid weather. This was a nuisance as I have 3 more weeks in Asia and count on wearing & cleaning the pants as I pack light. Oh well. "

"We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it."

"Hotel serves good breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Like this hotel and will stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Hongkong. There is also complimentary bus service to the popular shopping centres."

"I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Left some luggage’s behind and went to a tour in China returning to the same hotel after 9 days. Already commented on the excellent location of this hotel located inside an 8 storey shopping plaza with lots of resturant choicese. Close to MTR & nearby street vendors. The sky bridges accessible from the e again next tin connects easily to Nathan Road & Mong Kock Road for shopping & banking. Hotel is very clean and offers nearly all amenities during our 9 day stay. Will be staying there again next time. "
