"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave...

"I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. Nice food for breakfast, the owner even took us into the city and assisted us during our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. "This property is in a good location and provides a plesant stay in busy Kolkata"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The food was good, and we thought the prices were fair for what you get. But the biggest plus was the location—it made getting around so easy. We felt we got great value for our money. If you're traveling with kids or family, this place is a really good choice. We would happily stay here again!"

"It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!"

"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! Would definitely stay here again. "

"THIS IS A ONE STAR HOTEL. THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY AND NOT CHANGED. THEN THEY CHANGED THE ROOM AND IT WAS A LOTTLE BETTER. RUBBISH HOTEL. I WOULD ASK FOR REFUND."

"The staff was most helpful. Especially when I left my cell in an Uber. I wouldn't have retrieved it back without them. Good stay. Great location."
