"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave...

"Great value for money"

"The staff is helpful and nice. It a nice place to stay and have easy access for travellers."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The food was good, and we thought the prices were fair for what you get. But the biggest plus was the location—it made getting around so easy. We felt we got great value for our money. If you're traveling with kids or family, this place is a really good choice. We would happily stay here again!"

"It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!"

"Clean room, courteous staff and good food. "

"It was indeed a pretty good stay!"

"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! Would definitely stay here again. "

"There's a club under the hotel which plays loud music until 4:30am every day, you can feel the bass in the bed."

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...

"THIS IS A ONE STAR HOTEL. THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY AND NOT CHANGED. THEN THEY CHANGED THE ROOM AND IT WAS A LOTTLE BETTER. RUBBISH HOTEL. I WOULD ASK FOR REFUND."
