This is an amazing host who clearly pays attention to detail on this property. He greeted me and offered to help with anything I needed. Super clean and comfortable. There are some period antiques and art that made it warm and inviting while having modern and very comfortable living area to lounge. Would stay again without hesitation. There is plenty to do close by on line and kings hwy. Grocery, restaurants, shopping. If you want a great place to stay with a super-host, reserve your Shreveport trip now.

Host is available and gracious. Property is very nicely furnished and very comfortable, Location is convenient to most all Shreveport locations of interest, quite easy to find just off of a major city thoroughfare.

Host approved early arrival with no difficulty. Apartment was very clean, with small welcome basket in the living room. WiFi was easily available and strong. Host responded to questions immediately.

The house was extremely clean. Quite area close to food and shopping like 7 min. The owner lives downstairs, extremely nice guy, checked on us to see if we needed anything. There was everything we needed to make food for the week that we were there. Grocery store is close by also.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and quite cozy. Property owner was on location and was very accommodating. Great hospitality. I would recommend this place 100%. We come once a year for a convention and can’t wait until next years visit. Way to go!!

Shreveport getaway

Beautiful property, well maintained. Love the old beautifully maintained hardwood floors and vintage appearance. Comfortable bedrooms and living room seating. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the downtown area.

Needs some attention

Convenient location. Parking available in front of unit. Kitchen is poorly equipped; dirty pans, no condiments, Noisy neighbors. Doesn't feel very clean.

Much Needed Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in this vintage property with modern amenities.Our host was very friendly and reaching out to us daily with offers to help in any way needed.The living space was very comfortable with large spacious rooms and the area was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and rested very well in this environment.

Southern Hospitality!

The location of this place is perfect for anything in Shreveport. It was extremely clean and homey. The host went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable. The remodel left the charm the house was built with and still had all amenities. A perfect 5-Star visit!

Family Vacation

The property has old fashioned charm. The home is very comfortable. The neighborhood is located in an area that's close to all of the attractions and entertainment our family was interested in so it was convenient and enjoyable to go out and explore. The host was gracious. We appreciate the southern hospitality and attention to detail. We will love to come again to this property!
