"Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. "整體來說還不錯，有點像是大學時期租房子的感覺。房間內沒有冰箱，有買食物要注意沒辦法保存。熱水器是儲熱式的，所以連續兩個人洗澡要稍微錯開時間。隔音還行不過陽台的門沒有什麼隔音效果，還好晚上很安靜。 停車滿方便的，門口跟周圍白線都能停。而且離慈惠堂很近要進香也滿方便的 入住幾乎都是透過LINE溝通，不過有些入住方式、規定或是退房怎麼退沒有太清楚告知"

"We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....

"床很硬，飯店提供的毛巾上有髒污。續住的隔天早上出門前鑰匙轉交櫃檯，結果當天晚上回房，房間內完全未清潔。房內垃圾放了3天都飄出異味。房內沒有冰箱相當不方便，且撥打電話詢問櫃檯，能否提供幾支衣架，櫃檯小姐說確認後告知。到天亮都沒接到櫃檯回覆。此次體驗住宿的感受相當糟糕。"
