"The house was great - very homey and comfortable. Great lay out and can't be the view. My girlfriends and I like to cook on these weekends and the house was properly stocked with kitchen utensils etc. We had a little issue trying to get into the front door (user error) and the owner was over in 10 minutes to help. Super friendly. I think the house is a great value and would recommend!"

"The location is fantastic. Pacific Coast Highway runs on the back of the property and so does the railway line. If you can ignore the occasional noise from the train passing by (it is the Surfliner), then all that you can hear is the noise of the waves slamming into the beach on the balcony side of the house. I could sit there all day listening to it. Also, at night you can leave the door open (screen door closed) and hear the waves as you are going to sleep. It is safe to do so since there are no surfers or beach goers at the location (it is quite a ways from the entrance to the beach further north). Inside the house, everything was in place and very clean. This is a dream property."
