"big, clean room, satisfactory breakfast, only some rooms were renovated, our room was an old one and the equipment was used up, in not too good condition. the swimming pool is closed at 9, gym is well-equipped but very dirty and the smell is irritating. Most of pictures are taken in the renowated rooms which is very confusing because the facility does not look that good"

"It’s centrally located in San Clemente and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s an older property but rooms are renovated and clean. I was visiting family that lives nearby so i didn’t need a lot of amenities but it’s close to the freeway so you will hear some noise. "

"Location to beach is delightful. Condo is as described ,however, as seniors- the steep stairs to the unit with luggage was a challenge. Having a designated parking space was also appreciated . "

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner, which made our holiday extra special.Host Marc was so kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. "We came for a wedding and stayed for the surf. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! Nice big deck, large dining room table, comfortable family room, and premium linens. The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. Just a two min walk to the closest beach access. A 30 second walk to a great French bakery, Moulin, and a one minute walk to High Tide coffee for breakfast burritos. Loved it all!!!"
