"Nice budget-friendly hotel in older area of San Clemente, close to beach, downtown, lots of restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool looks nice but it’s not warm enough in the offseason so I didn’t brave it. Hot tub felt good however."

Unfortunately, it was very noisy: the walls are not at all sound proof - could hear conversations, tv and every footstep, the small shared patio is just outside the only window where teens were being teens. If there are no other tentants it would be a fine place to stay. "

"Lovely place, beautiful views, comfy beds. The kitchen was stocked well. Three things against them, advertised as with fireplace and grill however neither worked well. The water filter for drinking was outdated and management said they’d replace it but never did. Otherwise great stay"

"View is beautiful. The lock is very difficult to master. It needs replacing. I had to put new batteries into the remote control for the overhead fan since the heat is constantly running in the bedroom. Kids running upstairs and not enough outlets for devices in convenient places. Also, weak Wi-Fi so our Netflix was constantly interrupted to reboot. "
