I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that .

What a fantastic family hotel! I say hotel a little loosely, because it is really a family house that you can rent for a night or several. Watanabe-san may be the most hospitable person we have crossed on this planet. Not only did he open the door while we were getting organized outside his establishment, but he did not panic or get upset when our littlest (6 years) immediately stepped with shoes on the internal floor. It was a quaint apartment in a residential neighborhood with access to restaurants and the metro.

2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!

Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan.

The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The property had more than enough space for our family of 6. Breakfast was brought to us in the morning which was extremely convenient. The concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. Want to stay here again in the future!

The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.
